About this work

Young woman in a 'robe à la Polonaise' with sleeves 'à la Circassienne' trimmed with cuffs of net. On her head a 'baigneuse' with two flaps of net. Further accessories: around the neck a cord with two tassels, bracelets, heeled shoes with ruffles(?). Copy number 5 after K 60 from series K. 10th Cahier de Costumes Français, 4th Suite d'Habillements à la mode, Gallerie des Modes et Costumes Français.
